We are members of the Fair Trade Federation. We only buy Fair Trade products. This insures that the skilled weavers are paid fairly for their beautiful work. It also means that the baskets are better quality than other Bolga baskets. I have seen others baskets that were very poor quality and would be considered seconds. Our Fair Trade baskets are not only exceptional in quality, but the colors and patterns are incredible too. The weaves are tight and strong. The colors and patterns are intricate showing the skill the weavers possess!
We have been selling these baskets locally here in the USA for over 5 1/2 years. We have a great appreciation for quality. Come see the baskets when you are visiting beautiful Flagler Beach, FL. We are located at the Flagler Beach Farmers Market off A1A and Hwy 100 on Fridays 8 am to 1:00 pm during the winter months. In the summer, our hours are 8 am to 12 noon. We are also located at New Smyrna Beach Farmers market off Canal Street and Sam's Ave. on Saturdays from 7 am until 12:30 pm.
